Stu has worked longer hours this summer than he has since his farming days but looky here. I think we are making some serious progress.
The boys are in love with their new space; especially their personal closets dad made for them. The two oldest are delighted to be 'on the ground' and not in bunk beds. They are the size of men now and have plenty of room to stretch.
I'm in love with the barn board trim. Stu and I recovered it together one evening from a falling barn. His plan is to make a barn board barn-style door that is on sliders for their room entrance door. The girls have cedar trim as a specialty and the barn boards are a nice boy finishing touch.
Zayne Cael is still hoping for a family of penguins to be painted in 'his' corner. We'll see.....
Next, it is on to finishing the dining/homeschool room before school starts later next month. Wish us well and feel free to come over and help!!
Looks great!
