Life in an Old Farm House

BEFORE

Remodeling....remodeling.....remodeling....This is the cycle of life in an old farm house.

One of the current works in progress is the girls' room. This was one of those strip down to the old lathe and plaster and haul out all the old nasty blown in insulation from who knows when. Ever had the pleasure of doing such?

Dirty, nasty, exhausting, but rewarding work.

It's coming along nicely and thought I'd give ya'all a sneak peek at what we've done so far.

After....

Stu and I have been having a good time admiring each other's work. He made the loft bunk bed and I've been painting on the murals. Regardless, Tori, Maison, and Nevie are in love with the look, feel, and smell of their new room.
